While I’ve had my license for over a decade, I’ve felt that real estate has always been in my blood. Whether it was my family’s experience with rental properties, or my own love for the architecture and design of homes, I’ve always found myself wanting to learn more about properties—and the people who call them “home”.
I know what buyers are looking for, and I know which aspects of a home really make it shine. I’ve had proven success breaking records on Toronto streets and negotiating deals for my clients that safeguard their interests. The most important thing for me, though, is when clients tell me that I “[made] a daunting task feel manageable” or that I “exceeded expectations in every possible way.” When you work with me, it’s my job to turn a stressful experience into a simple one.
My west nest
I’ve always had a deep connection to the west end. Born right around Trinity Bellwoods—before it was cool—I’ve been lucky to now call Parkdale my home for the past 10 years. We love it here, because it’s easily one of the most eclectic neighbourhoods in the city.
The west end is the perfect place to raise a family. Whether it’s walking from High Park down to Sunnyside Beach with my kids, checking out the latest restaurant with my hubby, or packing up the family to head out on another outdoor adventure, there’s always something to do. I love the homes, the abundance of green space, and the vibrant atmosphere of the communities that form Toronto’s west end.
