Episode #3- What’s a Virtual Showing?

Today on the West End Video Scoop we are going to be chatting about virtual showings.

Sounds like a pretty futuristic idea, doesn’t it!? Well, it sort of is. Virtual showings are a brand new feature that we are really excited about. It’s basically a hybrid of a zoom meeting and a virtual tour.  Essentially, we can invite our clients to view a property virtually together.

Why are virtual showings so great?

Can’t our clients just watch the virtual tour on their own and let us know if they like it? Sure they can do that, and that is how it has happened in the past. However, as an agent, we have a trained eye to notice things in a virtual tour that might not be so obvious to a buyer.  So in a time when we need to limit in-person showings, this combined virtual tour can help us discuss a property with clients in real-time. We can easily point out items we may see as objections or simply ask questions to help better understand what they like or hate about a property. The virtual showing may prove that a particular home is not a contender for our clients and eliminate the need for an in-person showing.
